Charge: This committee provides continuing financial oversight to the Joint Automation Council regarding financial support of the Joint Automation Project. It will review the initial budget proposal. It also recommends an annual budget and fee structure for the operation of the project. It will review the recommendation made by MVLS for an auditor and will forward a recommendation to the Joint Automation Council
